• ProLearningGroup is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

3. Course Access & Licenses

• Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access course content for learning.
• You may not share, resell, publish, or distribute course content without permission.
• We may update, improve, or retire courses; reasonable notice will be provided where feasible.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Prices, taxes/VAT, and promotions are shown at checkout; you authorize charges to your chosen method.
• Refunds, if any, follow our refund policy; some courses or services may be non-refundable.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension pending resolution.

5. User Conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, cheating, or unauthorized copying/distribution of content.
• No uploading malware, spam, or attempting to breach security or access others’ accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and course content are protected by intellectual property laws. Using ProLearningGroup does not grant ownership of any intellectual property. You may not remove notices or trademarks from the platform or content.

7. Disclaimers

ProLearningGroup and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee outcomes such as employment or certifications unless explicitly stated. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ProLearningGroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations) will remain in effect.
