How do I delete my account?
We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account, go to Account Settings - Privacy - Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Note that deleting your account is permanent and will remove all your progress, certificates, and purchase history. Downloaded certificates will remain valid.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email address in Account Settings - Profile - Email Address. After entering your new email, you'll receive a verification link. Click the link to confirm the change. Note that your login email will be updated, so use the new email for future logins.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to Account Settings - Security - Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm. For security, we recommend using a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Can I share my certificates on LinkedIn?
Absolutely! Each certificate has a 'Share on LinkedIn' button that automatically adds it to your LinkedIn profile. You can also download the certificate as a PDF and upload it manually to any platform. The certificate includes a verification link for credibility.
Are the certificates recognized by employers?
Our certificates demonstrate your commitment to learning and skill development. While they're not accredited degrees, many employers value them as proof of continuous learning. Each certificate includes a unique verification URL that employers can use to confirm authenticity.
How do I get a certificate of completion?
Certificates are automatically generated when you complete 100% of a course, including all lessons, quizzes, and assignments. You can download your certificate from your dashboard under 'Certificates' or from the course page. Certificates include your name, course title, completion date, and instructors details.
Can I visit your office?
No. We are an online only business, we work with professionals around the world and rely on online modes of communication. We can arrange a meeting with one of our representatives in London if required.

Do you offer technical support?

How do I track my learning progress?
Your learning progress is automatically tracked as you complete lessons. Visit your student dashboard to see progress bars for each course, completion percentages, and your learning streak. You can also view detailed statistics including total learning hours and completed lessons.
What if I don't like a course after enrolling?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on NON live teaching paid courses only. If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Go to your dashboard, find the course, click 'Request Refund', and tell us why. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. There are no refunds on the live taught courses
Can I download course videos for offline viewing?
Yes, you can download course videos for offline viewing. Simply open the course in the browser, tap the download icon next to each lesson, and you can watch without an internet connection. Note that downloaded content expires after 30 days for security reasons.
How long do I have access to a course after enrolling?
Once you enroll in a course, you have 1 year access to all course materials. You can learn at your own pace and revisit lessons anytime. Course content may be updated by instructors, and you'll automatically get access to new materials.
Can I preview a course before enrolling?
Yes! Most courses offer free preview lessons. Look for lessons marked with a 'Preview' badge on the course detail page. You can watch these without enrolling to get a feel for the instructor's teaching style and course content.
How do I enroll in a course?
To enroll in a course, browse our course catalog, click on the course you're interested in, and click the 'Enroll Now' button. If it's a paid course, you'll be directed to the payment page. Once payment is complete, the course will appear in your dashboard under 'My Courses'.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes! After completing a purchase, you'll receive an email receipt. You can also download invoices from your account settings under 'Purchase History'. Each invoice includes your order details, payment method, and transaction ID.

If course content isn't loading, try refreshing the page first. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache, check your internet connection, and try accessing the course from a different device. If the problem persists, contact our support team with your course name and device details.
